You know it just plain ticks me reading idiotic stuff like this... Yes we have a BIG US SUV, it gets about 21MPG, but we only use it for family trips (handy in EU) we do approx. 5k miles per annum, US vehicles have been using catalytic converters since the eighties. Pollution is negligible compared to those stinky polluting eco diesel cars and vans all over the UK!
